Perimeter Anesthesia’s Administrative Leadership Team supports the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuity across all functions. The team oversees key areas including credentialing, payroll, billing, and administrative coordination. In addition, Perimeter Anesthesia maintains an in-house third-party billing department, providing greater operational control, enhanced accuracy, and responsive, personalized service for both clients and providers.
Joanna Barton
Vice President
Joanna serves as Vice President of Perimeter Anesthesia, where she oversees core business operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and marketing. With more than 30 years of combined experience in payroll, accounting, business management, and web design and development, she brings both operational depth and strategic perspective to the organization.
Joanna’s broad expertise allows her to bridge financial oversight with brand development, ensuring that internal processes are efficient while external communications remain professional and effective. Her leadership plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth, stability, and long-term vision.

Lacy Powell is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at Perimeter Anesthesia, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. She manages center scheduling, staffing logistics, and resource coordination, making her the primary point of contact for both clients and team members.
With a strong background in outpatient surgery and anesthesia, Lacy brings a collaborative approach to problem-solving and is committed to continuous process improvement. She proactively identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service quality, ensuring that both patients and partners receive the highest standard of care.

Billing Manager

Caryan Kammerer oversees all billing operations at Perimeter Anesthesia, ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient payment processing, and effective revenue collection. With more than 25 years of experience in medical billing, she brings deep expertise in billing systems and strong financial acumen to the role.
Caryan leads a team of billing specialists, develops and enforces billing policies, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. She is known for her analytical insight, clear communication, and strong leadership. Always looking for opportunities to improve, Caryan identifies and implements strategies that enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
She works closely with other departments to support seamless billing operations and a smooth experience for clients and partners alike.

Credentialing Manager
Erin Brnich leads Perimeter Anesthesia’s credentialing operations, ensuring that all providers meet the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and readiness. She manages the end-to-end credentialing process, from initial onboarding and licensure verification to ongoing compliance with state, federal, and facility-specific requirements.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Erin serves as a critical link between our anesthesia providers, surgical centers, and regulatory bodies. Her organizational skill and proactive communication help ensure smooth and timely credentialing, enabling uninterrupted clinical service across all partnered facilities.
