Our providers have decades of clinical experience and specific knowledge crucial to ensuring a smooth, efficient flow of patient care in outpatient surgery. Our mission is to help our surgery center clients achieve their vision by safely providing patients with a smooth, comfortable anesthetic while simultaneously providing the most efficient use of time and resources. All of our anesthesia providers are BLS and ACLS certified and keep current with the latest evidenced based practice.

Tim Barton CRNA MSN APRN
President
With a career in the operating room dating back to 1991, Tim Barton brings decades of hands-on clinical and administrative experience to his role as President of Perimeter Anesthesia. His background as both an Outpatient Surgery Center Administrator and Clinical Director gives him a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges surgical facilities face. He leverages this insight to build and maintain efficient, high-performing anesthesia departments tailored for the outpatient setting.
Tim completed his nurse anesthesia training at Florida International University, with two years of clinical rotations at Memorial Regional Hospital—a 900-bed Level 1 trauma center. He further honed his skills at Mercy Hospital, where he gained extensive experience in regional anesthesia techniques, including interscalene, supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, femoral, sciatic, popliteal, and ankle blocks. His pediatric anesthesia training was completed at the highly regarded Nicklaus Children’s (formerly Miami Children's) and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospitals.
Tim’s blend of clinical expertise and administrative leadership continues to shape the growth and success of Perimeter Anesthesia across its expanding network of surgical centers since 2014.

Kathleen Gangl CRNA MSN APRN

Mrs. Gangl received her BSN from Medical College of Georgia and her MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from Medical University of South Carolina.

Damien McMurray CRNA MSN APRN
Mr. McMurray graduated from Emory University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and received his Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Duke University.

Russell Branch CRNA DNP APRN
Dr. Branch received his MSN from Vanderbilt University's ACNP Program in 2000 and his MS in Nurse Anesthesia from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2004. Dr. Branch completed his DNP at University of Alabama in 2020. Dr. Branch is currently teaching part-time at Emory University's Nurse Anesthesia DNP Program and Husson University School of Nursing's AGACNP Program.

Ashley Crocker CRNA MSN APRN

Mrs. Crocker received her BSN from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing in 2007 and her MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from Wolford College in 2013. She currently serves as Assistant Chief CRNA at Perimeter Anesthesia and Chief CRNA at Milan Eye Center.

Ashley Perez CRNA MSN APRN
Mrs. Perez received her BSN in 2006 at the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Nurse Anesthesia at the University of North Carolina in 2015.

Matthew Kervin CRNA MSN APRN
Mr. Kervin received his Masters in Nurse Anesthesia from Medical College of Georgia in 1999. He served as a full-time instructor in the Medical College of Georgia Nurse Anesthesia Program from 2001 to 2004 and as Associate Program Director of Mercer University School of Medicine Program in Nurse Anesthesia from 2004-2005. Mr Kervin also served on the Board of GANA and was elected President of the Georgia Association of Nurse Anesthetists from 2006-2007.

Courtney Hill CRNA MSN APRN
Mrs. Hill received her BSN in 2012 at Georgia State University and her Masters in Nurse Anesthesia at Saint Vincent College in 2016.

Peixin Wang CRNA DNP APRN
Dr. Wang received BSN from Kennesaw State University in 2013 and his DNP in Nurse Anesthesia from Duke University in 2019.

Milagros Janusz CRNA DNP APRN
Dr. Janusz received her BSN in 2009 at Nova Southeastern University and her DNP in Nurse Anesthesia at University of Miami in 2018.

Mr. Mullins received BSN from Troy State University in 1999 and his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from US Army in 2004.

Darren Moore CRNA MSN APRN
Mr. Moore received BSN from Auburn University in 1993 and his MSN:Nurse Practitioner at University of Alabama in 1997. He completed his Nurse Anesthesia training at the University of Tennessee in 2004.

Ms. Richards received her MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from Our Lady of Lourdes Nurse Anesthesia Program in 2019.

Peter Beverly CRNA MSN APRN
Mr. Beverly received his BSN from Clayton State University in 2004 and his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from University of South Carolina, School of Medicine in 2008.

Chris Cox CRNA MSN APRN
Mr. Cox received his BSN from University of West Georgia in 2009 and his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from University of Alabama-Birmingham in 2012.

Spring Cornavaca CRNA MSN APRN
Mrs. Cornavaca received both her BSN and MSN in Nurse Anesthesia from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Vicki Brown CRNA MSN APRN
Mrs. Brown received her BSN in 1975 and her BSN in Nurse Anesthesia in 1980 at Mercy College of Detroit, Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital School of Anesthesia for Nurses.
